Eats: Romantic dining

  • For downtown, Zambra boasts an unusually large dining room, but it doesn’t feel that way. It’s filled with cozy nooks perfect for small groups. Chef Adam Bannasch designs the tapas for ordering slowly, talking and sharing. It’s a great place to linger and talk about food — or, as the case may be, pretend to talk about food while entertaining more romantic designs. Considering the ever-rotating small plates, the live jazz and the subterranean atmosphere, Xpress readers know Zambra nurtures loves both new and vintage. — E.P.
